Milestones
-
Hospitality
Initially trained as a tourism and PR manager, I worked for three years in Swiss congress hotels. I set up ISO quality and safety systems and managed a team of six looking after 75 rooms.
-
Human systems
Further trained in human systems and adult education, I spent seven years supporting leadership teams (team audits, change management) and designing collaborative platforms (HR intranet, e-commerce).
-
Montreal and Breathing Games
In Montreal, I studied game design and co-founded Breathing Games in 2014. Over ten years, our network prototyped free digital games and open hardware to prevent asthma and strengthen breathing. I defended my doctoral thesis there in 2023.
-
Large groups
Co-organising EUvsVirus, with 20,900 participants, led me to a question: what if we collectively had the capacity to overcome any crisis in a matter of days? The Taking care together festival, in 2022, was its pilot.

Today
I put this experience at the service of people and organisations going through complex situations. Alongside, I pursue research-creation on bodily sensations, through art and diving.
Considering working together?
